Hello Scotty Kilmer,
I genuinely thank you for all the help and advice your giving out.
I recently bought a 2000 Camry that ran 190k.
I checked it with a mechanic and he told me that it was leaking oil. He checked it and it needed a new oil gasket pan seal and I bought a new seal and a new oil filter and the mechanic told me that It was still leaking because of some problem with the oil pump. Is this a major problem. Is It a major fix? What should I do?

Find a new mechanic. He's leading you down the garden path.
