Hi Scotty,
I am Prashant from Melbourne- Australia and I'm seeking a simple solution for my Camry 2009. I don't know why there is a noise every time I brake from the front wheels.
What I should do to get rid of this noise? I see it as a typical problem for second-hand cars. I bought this car in Oct 2019 with 147,000 km mileage on it, priced at AU $7600.
Kind Regards,
Prashant Panchal
If It is a grinding noise your brake pads are gone and need replaced. If the noise is a screeching sound your pads needs to be replaced, this is the warning sound on some brake pads to let you know that your brake pads need replaced. If the noise only happens when you brake then I would start by looking at your brake pads.
What do you mean - typical problem for second hand cars?
It could be a simple fix like worn out brake pads, to worn out front end parts.
If you’re asking us how do you change front brake pads -
