Hello guys whats up?

I am going to change transmission fluid on my toyota camry 2019 le with 32k miles and got few questions and need t some tips 

1- going to just drain and refill .so should i warm engine before changing a little bit or not?

2-how much gts do i need according to the pic below ?its a vit confusing for me the right amount for drain and refill.

3- how many qts of fluids will drain out? And also can i do multiple times? To make at least a clean fluid? If yes should i drive for a certian time or a few miles to make sure  fluid flows to all gears and also shouod i wait till the transmission is cool then do another drain ?

and i am going to use techstream for measuring the temperature .

Am i missing something ?
