I think what you are looking at is the guide for adjusting the fluid level. When you change the transmission fluid in a Camry with a sealed transmission, and don't do a drain and fill by measuring the amount drained, you have to get the fluid temperature to a certain range and wait until it stops coming out of the drain straw to know that the level is correct. This temperature range is for that purpose only.

Thanks that's what I wanted to know

You really don’t want your ATF to be more than 95 deg. C (about 200 deg. F) at any time your car operates - idling, driving, towing, etc. That 95 deg. C threshold is where, past that point, ATF starts to deteriorate quite rapidly, … exponential, actually!

Anyway, … your car is normal. Idling increases transmission temperature quite rapidly and settles just about the point you are indicating: … I know, checking/adjusting level on sealed transmission thought me this, first hand.

189 is exactly where you want it to be. 115 is too cold.
