My 2008 Toyota Camry LE sometimes will not start after driving it for about an hour or so. Then I have to wait another extra hour for it to turn back on. It has a rough start when I turn the ignition on.

Well, if it has a rough start sometimes that's often means the engine is flooding out. Either. The fuel injectors have flooded the engine by spraying too much fuel or when you try to restart it, the ignition isn't firing correctly. I start with the most simple thing. Having the battery and alternator load tested as weak ones can cause all those problems. Also try my friend Bernie's ATS fuel cleaner. Just Google. Bernie ATS Albuquerque. Put it in the gas tank and can clean the injectors if dirty injectors are causing it to flood up
