I have a 2001 toyota highlander showing code p0325 also some emission codes. Is there anyway to solve this without tearing into the knock sensor?

Pray it is just a sensor not the engine issue.
Engine runs really smooth. Just sometimes wont shift out of 3rd. I’m not sure.
