I just bought a used Corolla 100k miles all good until last week the ac started to make noise when turned on. I thought I might be the blower motor because the filter was nasty. Therefore I changed the filter and took the blower motor off and cleaned some leaves that were inside but the noise persists. What could it be? It still blows ice cold ac in all speeds.

depends where the noise comes from if it comes from out of the hood it's the compressor but why not make a YouTube video and post the URL here and I will listen
