2005 Toyota Sienna with 109,000 miles. When should I change my fuel injectors? Google says every 100,000 miles but I'm not sure. Maybe don't change them until they wear out?

I don’t change mine out until there’s issues. If you use a scan tool, there’s no codes (for running rich or misfire), and check your STFT and LTFT values over time at idle and low rpm and still within a reasonable range (+/- 5%) I would leave them alone.
