Toyota Highlander 2008 hybrid C0215 ABS sensor L side hv replaced it but still doing the something if trying to test the drive the vehicle it’s moving immediately and stop moving and hv checke the wires from ABS to the L ABS sensor himself it ok help what’s the next step

Well, if replacing the sensor didn't fix it then either you have a wiring failure or more often. You have a physical mechanical malfunction on the axle of that side. The sensor reads motion and if things are physically worn it'll trip a code because the sensor will be giving a wonky waveform to the computer and that will trip the code
