Hi Scotty,
Love your show.
I have a 2004 Toyota Highlander 4WD V6 with 155k miles. Usually in the morning when I start the car and turn all lights on, the passenger rear lights are not working. The bulbs work, the white light works always when I go back but the "regular lights" sometimes do not work. Battery is new.
Any idea what it could be? Fuses? Loose cable?

You mentioned it sometimes does not work. You may have loose connection. Start with checking the bulb socket.
