Hi Scotty, I was wondering how the 12 volt batteries on hybrids charge if they have no alternator. Thank you

The electric motor(s) charge the hybrid battery and the 12V volt battery. Either the gas engine will provide the energy to drive the electric motors to create electricity, or the regenerative braking will provide the energy to drive the motors to create electricity.
