Hey Scott, I just changed my axel on my Toyota Matrix 2009, it was the passenger side one, but it still makes this noise when I start driving, did I put it wrong?

But there's no noise for me to hear but realize that the axle shaft has to be pushed into the transmission so that the little clips snaps in often that is hard to do if that's the case you'll see it sticks out a little bit too much and isn't in as far as it is compare the other side and if you see that sides in further that's your problem
