Hey Scotty! My 2002 Camry 2.4L has a P0440 code from the EVAP system, do you think it has something to do with a PCV valve? I just recently changed it and it threw this code right after. Anyways I will get a new gas cap just in case it's that.

How soon did the code come up after changing the PCV valve? The PCV valve is separate from the EVAP system. That generic code almost always comes up for a loose gas cap. Perhaps you didn't tighten it very good the last time or the seal on it is going bad. See if a new gas cap fixes the issue.

Reset the code after putting an OEM gas cap and see what happens.
