Toyota off shore assembled vs. Japan imported Toyota's

I buy a Tacoma 2021 by last september and for my surprise, I noticed that there is no way to find this unit in the North American market with the advertised characteristics. But it is that it comes without aluminum rings or without rear seats. Without the small window in the rear glass. The interiors look simple and cheap. The cargo box is plastic. And to top it all off there is a strong buzz in the auto tech community about poor transmission quality. Any thoughts?

Sorry maybe I forgot some details. My truck is a cab and a half with no seats in the back. the engine is 4cyl 2.7L and I bought it in Puerto Rico. It certainly is the economic model. However, seeing advertisements on the internet from places like Miami, it is sold as the same economic model, but the characteristics are totally different.

So Toyota Tacoma is assembled in Mexico these days but it's still Toyota quality and even Scotty responded to someone else asking about the quality and said it's good still. But that Tacoma you see it on the Toyota of USA website and buy it here, but it's assembled in Mexico and then it's transported here for this market. But not sure what your specific situation is because you're saying you bought the truck but you can't find it being built for this market?! Where did you even buy it from?! Was it built for a different market and someone imported it (seems kind of unlikely to me)?! Maybe someone else can add more to it/has more info

you can't compare the options and characteristics of cars made for different markets or expect them to be the same. Manufacturers make cars different for each market and it's just how it is.
