I have a 2012 Toyota Prius. When I go fill up the gas nozzle keeps shutting off even when it is not full

I’ve had that happen to my 2004 Prius at certain pumps at a few stations. But not all pumps. I just go try another pump.

are you filling up at the same place and pump? or does it happen all the time at other gas stations?
