Hey Scotty i have a 2002 rav4 with 168,000km mileage. Got it scanned and here are the diagnosis:

engine & ect

P0141 oxygen sensor heater circuit (bank 1 sensor 2)

P0161 oxygen sensor heater circuit (bank 2 sensor 2)

Abs/vsc/trc

C0200 front speed sensor RH circuit

C0205 front speed sensor LH circuit

C210 rear speed sensor RH circuit

C215 rear speed sensor LH circuit

what seems to be the cause of this? Thank you.

Where either you have a computer failure or you got a bunch of different problems yeah oxygen sensors do burn out on their own and speed sensors of course do wear out over time because they have batteries in them and the batteries just wear out

Does that mean it's an engine problem?

The P codes are powertrain codes, in your case, for the oxygen sensors. Engine related, but not necessarily the engine itself.

The C codes are communication codes and shouldn’t normally affect the running of your engine.

Scotty said you may have a ECU/main computer failure since it’s throwing out various codes.

On a related note, have you recently driven the vehicle through floods/waterlogged roads?

@InThrustWeTrust good call on the water effect.

Since all the 4 wheel speed sensors threw codes, all at once..

Yup and also the oxygen sensor heater.
