Ford Focus MK1 1.8 TDCi engine problem

Scotty, I have a problem with my Ford Focus MK1 1.8 TDCi 2002 - I just filled some holes in the pipes between the engine and the airflow sensor with silicone because the engine has no power above 1700rpms and I installed several low powered daylights and on the next day the engine started to work with too rich mixture. If I disconect the airflow sensor and barometer the engine works fine for 5 minutes and after that it changes the mixture to too rich. If I stop the engine and after a minute or two start it again it works for 5 minutes good and starts to work bad again, with a lot of smoke on the existing pipes and without any power. My mechanic has no idea what to do, just he said that maybe somebody programmed something about the injectors, but the car worked fine for 4 year after I bought it and I have no any idea about the infectors. Can you help me with an advice?
Thanks a lot!🤗
