2011 rav4 abs the 4x4 and the trac light comes on and the cruise stopped working what can it be

You need to get it scanned for codes to find out. Free at auto parts stores.

Erratic output from a failing alternator can cause this type of weird light show. Have the alternator load tested while your getting the vehicle scanned for codes as suggested above.

I remember my old scion xb cruise would not work when a brake light was out. Have you checked your brake lights?
If they are out, it could indicate something like the stop fuse being blown, or another wiring issue. Either way, I would check the stop fuse.
At least it is easy to check.
