Toyota refused to fix my car!

I purchased a 2013 Rav4 with 94000 miles on it in Dubai, the car is a US specs (imported form US) after a few month form the purchase I noticed a vibration in the car while driving 25 to 50 miles also the vibration happens on reverse and when I change from reverse to N I get a squeaking sound.

I contacted Toyota US (emails available) and they replied that they are only assisting with US specs vehicles (which I made clear in my email that my rav4 is a US specs one and provided the VIN) and advised me to contact the local dealership. In Dubai the local dealership policy is not to service the US specs car!!

I replied them with this information and again their reply this time was a kind of ignoring all my question and sending me a link to FAQ about the US dealerships are not allowed to export toyota cars that made for the US market and my car will not meet the specs in my region and totally ignored the transmission problem.

Well, my care was gone three inspection for safety and past them and was legally imported to Dubai.

Thanks and Mery Christmas every one

they noticed it is a transmission issue and wanted to make up excuses to not fix it. If you were talking of trading it in they would have said otherwise loL.
