[Solved] Is a used turbocharged 2020 Kia Forte GT with 2,400 miles for $19,000 worth buying?

Hello Scotty, I have been looking for a decent priced sporty car and the 2020 Kia Forte GT seems to fit my budget. It is $19,000 with 2,400 miles and fully loaded. The car feels somewhat like a race car inside. It has a 1.6 L Turbocharged engine. Should I consider purchasing this car and if not, what do you suggest?

Don't do it. Kia does not make a quality product. Much better off with a Corolla or Miata.

If you will buy it, use it, and sell it in 5 6 years, you will loose your shirt with the resale value but it should not give you too many problems. Don't expect it to last though. For long term value I would get like a Civic or a  Toyota Corolla Hatchback Manual.

If you want to have fun, try a Civic 6-speed manual. You'll pay a bit more but it's much better built. Those Kia/Hyundai engines are notorious for many problems, hence all the recalls over the last 5-6 years.
