Hello, I have a 2018 Toyota Sienna and the side wire along the door snapped off on the driver’s side. I ordered a new wire for it, but now the door won’t open. I’m stationed in Germany and the dealers here won’t work on U.S. Spec vehicles.

Is the “power door off” button activated?
I turned it off and on and it still didn’t open.
Can you open manually?
When you press the ceiling buttons to open the doors, what do you hear?

I hear the motor and then the beep which means the door was unable to open.
