What’s better and what will last longer on Toyota’s? Torsion beam or independent rear suspension?

What do you mean by "torsion beam?" Are you referring to solid axle as opposed to independent?

Toyota stopped using torsion bar suspensions in 1995 in favor of coil springs.

independent is better of course
