I recently bought my girlfriend's grandmother's Toyota tundra, it's a 2004 Toyota tundra sr5 4.7l v8 automatic 4wd it's has 191001 miles on it, when I drive it, it's nice and smooth, they took very good care of it , oil change on the right time the fuild for the transmission looks really good, but when I put it reverse or drive there's a little jerk and i don't know if thats normal, please help thank you

Check the easy things, motor and trans mounts also the driveshaft u-joints for any excessive play.

At that age, I would expect some wear and rough shifts from the transmission. Not “normal” but normal for its age.  I wouldn’t worry about it. Keep up with maintenance and hopefully you’ll get another 100k out of ‘er.

Cheers!
