Hey Scotty I drive a ‘10 Tundra with 240,000 miles. My question is would an airaid intake improve gas mileage & performance? And what future problems could i experience with my high mileage truck?

Don't bother with an intake. Just clean your throttle body and MAF sensor and keep them in good shape. An intake alone will not help either power or MPG.
