Hi Scotty I have a 2015 Toyota tundra 4.6l with 94,537 miles I notice that is a constant noise whenever it’s turn on it’s like a chugging noise was sometimes a slight tick every 10 to 15 seconds the engine check light is on and it’s showing The code P0 420 I already got the Catalytic converter swapped out and some white smoke is coming out the exhaust not when I turn it on from a cold start but mostly when I am sitting in it for a while in idle or keep it parked for a while then drive a noticeable amount comes out
the PCV valve was replaced so I don’t know what it could be what do you think

Get a compression test for a blown head gasket. Keep an eye on your coolant reservoir.
