My dad recently had his old battery in a '03 Corolla replaced. When he put the cables on the battery, the car went wild. All of the lights started flashing and the horn started blaring with zero imputs to any controls. He tried cleaning off the battery terminals and replacing them and the same thing happened. What on earth could be going on here?
