Toyota with BMW engine

Hello, I have a 2016 Toyota Avensis. It has manual transmission and 41000 miles. It is equipped with 1,6l diesel WW-engine made by BMW ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toyota_WW_engine). The engine is based on BMW's N47 engine. N47 is known of the timing chain issues. Considering the engine, is it better to drive the car as long as it runs, or is it better to sell it before a certain mileage?

Do you like/love the Avensis otherwise? If you like Toyotas, but don't feel comfortable with that engine, I think you might want to trade it in/sell it and buy something else while the Avensis is still pretty valuable - you run it up to 100K miles and it will be much harder to sell/have a low trade-in value.
