Hello Scotty my VIN I believe is: VNKKBAC320A025420
Engine sticker: XM15A-P92G
It's a 2020 Yaris Hybrid bought in the UK. There is a sticker on the engine that says made in Japan. I believe it's manufactured in France? How much of the car is manufactured in Japan and by Toyota themselves, is this car manufactured partly by Mazda? I have the service plan that allows a 10 year warranty and hope to run it for many years to come, I've had it for a year and it's been a very good car so far despite being quite a stiff ride.
Just looking for information on my car
Thank you!

What's the first letter of the VIN? that's the way to know where it has been made.

The same as a Yaris built in actual Japan, most of the parts are just regular Denso.
is this car manufactured partly by Mazda?
No.

READ THE FINE PRINT.
hope to run it for many years to come
The main issue is that you MUST replace the engine oil and transmission fluid frequently.
(5k-6.25k miles on the engine, 30k-40k miles on the transmission)
Also, make sure you're getting good fuel - the EGR systems on these are known to corrode (unsure if affected the hybrid also)

Just regular good car.
What economy are you getting?
In what kind of driving conditions?
Double check the VIN number. It may be missing a digit or mistyped.
The VIN partially decodes as being built in France.
The Made in Japan sticker could refer to the engine or transmission origin. But the car as a whole was built in France.
The plant in France, TMMF, Toyota Motor Manufacturing France, is a bonafide Toyota plant. It’s not Mazda.
The Mazda2 Hybrid is a rebadged Toyota Yaris hybrid. Same car, just different branding.
Toyota and Mazda often do this with each others cars. In America, it was Mazda’s Mazda 2, that got rebadged to be as a Toyota Yaris.
