I have a 04 Jeep Liberty with auto transmission and with 180k mi. I bought it used in (13) with 90k and I have never had the trans fluid change.
The Jeep is still in fair shape. So should the trans fluid and filter be change or just trans fluid, if yes how is it done with no car lift, is there a drain plug? Or should I find someone somewhere that knows how to change trans fluid or does Jeep trans fluid last 300k mi????

Yeah, change it...thats already way too many miles to keep the same fluid and filter in it
The fluid will not last 300k miles. Change both the fluid and filter now. You don't need a post lift, but you do need some sort of jack to jack up the car enough to work underneath. There is a drain plug.
Drain and fill but don't flush it.
After changing trans fluid in June 2021 and August 2021, in April 2022 at around 200k transmission threw a check engine light code after a couple months of slight shuttering when down shifting going up hill. So in June 2022 had a garage put a used trans in it, my 04 Jeep Liberty now shifts good.
