Well generally one of two things do that either the catalytic converter is clogged up which you can price your test and then it can't exhaust the gas. So I can't go that fast or two. Your fuel pump or fuel filters clogged up and not pushing enough pressure so you can't go too fast. You can price your test at too

well i changed all the fuel system so ill try the catalytic converter. its been there for 34 years, so there is a good chance its that. thanks for everything ill update here to say if it was the problem

It would be best to test the converter for excess back pressure before just going ahead and replacing it.

i did it. took out the catalytic converter and remove everything inside. that was the problem. there was so much dust inside that. im in canada, so they dont realy care about all the law. as long it doesnt make a lot a noise they dont care. ive never been so happy in life thanks for everything.

Very good, thanks for letting us know!

oh they care. It's against the law.

If you're caught you get a heavy fine.
