transfluid changed every other oil change

Hello,

Is it harmful to drain and fill 1-2 quarts of trans fluid every other oil change. I was told that it is not a good idea.

Any thoughts?

Well it's not going to hurt anything but it's kind of Overkill youd be wasting money
