I have a 2017 Toyota sienna base.
Front wheel drive.
I've done one drain and fill.
I'm going to do another and I wonder if there are any additives I could use along with the new fluid.

I never use additives unless there is an issue. I would drain it, fill it, and that's it.

Nope, do the drain and fills with the recommended ATF in your owners manual and get it back on the road.

Just stay on top of your ATF fluid changes. There is no need to add additives if there’s no issues which can be mitigated in the first place by just sticking to your ATF change intervals.
