Should I change my Explorer transmission and Transfer case fluid

Hello Scotty and moderators! I have a 1997 Ford Explorer Sport with 165,000 miles on it. I believe the transmission fluid was changed at 100,000 miles.      (My dad did it and he can’t remember the exact mileage). And I don’t believe the transfer case fluid has ever been changed. Should I change both now? Thanks.
