I'm David, I have an automatic '06 Nissan Xterra Off Road 4wd with 150k miles. The transmission was flushed by dealer at 94k. At this point, should I be ok with a drain and fill, or just leave it alone? The fluid on dipstick is a little dark, but not burned or anything. Transmission seems to shift fine and has no issues. Yes, keep up with the drain and fills every 50k. Now is a perfect time to do it again before it starts acting up.
Check to see what your owners manual recommends in the maintenance section. It will give you all the information you need. Is the fluid still red?
OP says fluid is a little dark but not burnt.
As long as it is still red and not black/burnt It should be fine unless the owners manual calls for a fluid change.
