- Evening Scotty, Is it okay to change my transmission fluid every 30,000 kilometers? I drive a 2021 Toyota Rav4 and I would love to hear your opinion on this. Thank You!

30,000 km is 18,640 miles which is a bit much. Normally, it’s recommended to change the transmission fluid on the conventional automatics in those every 60,000 miles (or 96,560 km), but I usually go more aggressive at every 40,000-50,000 miles (or 64,370-80,470 km).
