Substitute for Dexron VI transmission fluid?

Hi ,  i have YUKON 2006 V8 , i cant find ACDelco dexron VI automatic transmission fluid in my country Dubai ،My car manual asks  DEXRON VI  ,  CAN I USE motorcraft mercon lv transmission fluid  instead of ACDelco dexron VI , What is the appropriate solution or alternative?   thank you

It appears they are close enough for Valvoline to sell a fluid that meets both Dexron VI and Mercon LV specifications.

I'm not a lubrication engineer so I cannot know for certain, but the fact that the a leading ATF manufacturer meets both specifications with the same fluid strongly suggests that you can.
