I have a 2006 Honda Pilot with 240,000 miles on it. Should I do a transmission fluid change on it? It is shifting fine right now. I know to never do Transmission Flush.

Has it ever had trans service (fluid/filter change)? If so, yea go ahead. If not or unknown, your best bet is to leave it alone imo.

Thanks for your comment. I purchased it used and have no reason to believe it was ever changed.

I'd say leave it alone with the understanding that it could certainly fail if never changed with that mileage. Changing it now is a a bit of a gamble though.
