Hi Scotty! I have a 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis, 4.6 V8, Auto, 138,000 miles. I got two codes, P0720 and P0722. Looked them up and got a Bad out put sensor. The car shifts fine so I reset the code with my Blue Driver Scan tool. Question, I've heard that a bad Diode in the the Alternator can induce random codes like this. Any thoughts? (p.s. I'm going to do the Fluid and filter anyway and the sensor's are cheap so that will get replaced too.)

Yeah well it's a twenty-two-year-old Ford you going to expect weird college as long as it runs okay I would leave it alone you're going to get a lot of ghost codes in an old car like that and you dialed can chat that lots of things can
