Is it too late to change the ATF in my 2012 Civic?

My car is a 2012 honda civic exl with 1.8l automatic.  The only thing that i kept putting off and eventually forgot to do for maintenance is change transmission fluid.  I am at 222k its running beautiful..I do all the maintenance on car myself.  The starter changed last year, alternator first time yesterday, along with serpentine belt, spark plugs regularly and ignition coils just changed last year.  crankshaft position sensor had to be changed.  Oil changes on a regular basis. Brakes etc...love the car and will be passed on to daughter.   I know on videos you have said if mileage is too far gone, do not change.      Question finally? Is it worth changing partial portion of fluid.  Drain, measure, and put back 3/4 bad with 1/4 good.  And do this now every 30k.   or do not waste the time and cross fingers to see how long it will last.

Appreciate any information, and feedback.. respect your opinion.

Thank you,

Partial fluid? No. Change all of the fluid now at this mileage? No. Leave the car alone as it is.
