Hello, so I am restoring my 2008 scion with 189,000 miles due to head gasket blown. It has an automatic transmission. It has been sitting in my driveway since June 2022, I had the transmission replaced in June 2021. I stated this work this year in February. Since my vehicle has been just sitting for two years, should I change the fluid in the transmission along with filter? The transmission has less than 14000 miles since it was changed. I live in Phoenix AZ too.

No, change the transmission fluid every 5 years or 50-60,000 miles. You might consider every 40,000 miles if they rebuilt the transmission. Shop-rebuilt transmissions aren't rearly as high quaility made as those from a factory. If it's a factory remanufactured transmission, do it every 50-60k miles.
