Hello Scotty,
Thank you again for all you do.
I take my Highlander to the dealer for oil change. It is a Toyota Highlander 2016 LE Plus AWD 6 Cil with 88K miles. They are recommending two services.
1. Is the transmission fluid maintenance/exchange
2. Brake Lines Fluid Exchange.
How hard is it to do them and how often should I be performing this?

For the transmission it's preferable to do a simple drain & fill. (See the FAQ for details.)
Flushing the brake fluid is the same procedure as bleeding the brakes. Typically done every few years, but the fluid can be tested for moisture content to see if it's needed. A bidirectional scan tool is usually needed for vehicles with ABS.
