I have 2016 Lexus RX 350 with 59k miles. I have never changed the transmission fluid.
At this point, should I change the fluid? or is it too late?
No, it is certainly not too late.
My mother had a RX350, 2009 with about 100k on it, I would do a fluid exchange on that one if it were mine.
100,000 mi may actually be a little late
It is a little late, I know my GX470 recommended it at 90k I think, the RX is likely the same. If it were not a toyota or Lexus, I would be more careful.

Scotty says even if they say never to change it you should still change it
@gew - I usually take the manufacturer's recommended mileage and divide by two. About 30-50K miles.
