Having really bad luck with my 2006 chysler 300 3.5l 140,000 miles, car is jerking and getting stuck in 2nd and 3rd gear until i turn the car off and back on. have had issues with us accelating by itself and after filling a full tank. jerking and stuck in gear has been happening for 7,000 miles and costed me a fortune paying dealerships to tell me the wrong thing
i bought the car with 128,000 miles it was fine until about 131,000 and never done a transmission fluid change but i took it for a transmission digonoise at a dealship and they didnt say anything about it i’ve had it scanned nothing pops up
Accelerating after a fill up points to a problem in the EVAP system. The gear hun ting is a transmission issue. I'd first get it scanned. In 140,000 miles, how many transmission fluid and filter changes have you had? We need details to help, and all of them please.
