I have 2010 Chevy Tahoe and get a transmission problem I can drive the truck for about a mile then it rows to a stop so I turn off the truck and start it back up and it drives for about a half block then stop again so I turn the off and start it back up it moves but along as I’m doing that the truck moves so is the transmission bad or is it the transmission solenoid?

mileage is at 235,278

For a 2010 Chevy Tahoe, I would say that transmission is pretty much shot, especially if you never changed tranny fluids. Revving up and not doing anything is a classic sign your transmission is slipping.

get a transmission problem

how do you know it's the transmission?

then it rows to a stop

I don't know what this means.

Is the engine stalling? Lacking power? what exactly happens when you push the accelerator?

Can you do us a favor please and throw the odd period in your wall of text to make it easier to read?

also , the instructions said to post your miles please.

It drives until it stop, but the acceleration just revs up but don’t go nowhere and the mileage is at 235,278

yeah the transmission is probably worn out. Clutches are used up. A reman unit will run you about $3k - $4k

It sounds like your transmission is shot but only hands-on diagnostics by a transmission expert can determine that for certain.
