2010 GMC Terrain Slt 157k miles 3.0v6 sometimes when I go into drive and take off it will shift into second and not shift any further. I pull over and come to a complete stop and move forward and it will shift perfectly? I have changed the trans fluid twice same problem do I have to go into reset your transmission mode? This is front wheel drive.

Thank You

Your transmission is in limp mode. Limp mode is when the transmission stays in one particular gear and doesn't go into the next gears. Your transmission is likely going out and will have to get rebuilt/replaced.
