DO NOT DRIVE - REPAIR IMMEDIATELY!

You've probably have done something incorrectly - do it again, correctly, with OEM Fluid.

It is the OEM. I even bout the gasket and the filters from the Nissan Dealership. I guess Scotty was right.

I’m about 90% certain it has more to do with incorrect fluid level.
Scotty, and pretty much everyone, are right about Jatco being crap - Jatco says their transmission is built to last 90k moles, so it’s by design.

That could be the pump cavitating.

Did the filter come with a gasket/seal ?

On these, whining is usually drive pulley bering failure - or improper lubrication.
Fluid pressure issues on Jatco, (usually due to the pressure regulating valve getting clogged) usually cause shuttering.

@dan sure but he said it started after he serviced it. I'm thinking the pump might be starved if fluid if he didn't install the filter properly.

I agree, it's worth checking during the service.
There's a rubber ring around the fluid filter inlet, In that regard OP should check if the one he took off still has it, if the new one has it, if his filter fits correctly, and if all 3 bolts are tightened.
Thinking about it, OP should check ATF temperature after checking the rest and performing a proper fluid service...

The sad part being that OP might voided his warranty ( I think these had that ) by possibly using non-OEM fluid...

Yes, I changed all gaskets and all filter even o - ring. Nissan is crap, I am selling it tomorrow 😭
