I've seen a lot of info on here for Floor Jacks, but any info on trolley Jacks? I don't have my own garage and maybe I'm considering just having some simple tools for smaller repairs. Scotty has a heavy duty jack in his Amazon store and two Big Red jack stands but no trolley Jacks.

Usually the ones I see labeled as "trolley jacks" are small hydraulic floor jacks with a carry handle, typically 2 ton capacity. I have a couple of jacks like that but usually use them for holding up and maneuvering parts under the car rather than vehicle lifting duty. (Their small footprint and saddle make them less stable than a full-size floor jack.)

Good floor jacks and brands listed such as Arcan, Daytona, Harbor Freight, but all listed are heavy duty vs trolley Jacks. I guess I was asking this to make sure their trolley Jacks weren't trash compared to their floor jacks if anyone had experience with some. But if I just should focus on brand I'll do a trolley Pittsburgh jack then.
I personally have this one from Harbor Freight.
Here is a good vid that compares a few: https://youtu.be/g5_64r2PR7A

I appreciate this, but would it be less safe/reliable if it was the trolley jack and not the floor jack? I've seen that video and I was concerned about the safety and reliability of trolley Jacks because they're smaller.
TBH, I really don’t know. They seem to function similar to me, but there could be some nuance that I am missing.
I have one of those but have not seen any of those problems yet. On the plus side it's very light for a floor jack and easy to move around. However it's too light duty to trust lifting a car except maybe something really small and light like a Crosley or Goggomobil. Maybe OK to just lift up one tire for changing on a mainstream vehicle. I mainly use it to lift my riding lawn mower if belts or blades need to be changed.
