Need help with fixing my mothers car as she wants to take it to a dealership and she will get ripped off if she does

the car is an 17 traverse.
the car cranks or takes a few extra seconds in the beginning. She hasnt noticed any issues. but i think it takes a few seconds to crank.
what should i do with this information i have provided?

The dealership won't bother trying to find what the problem is. They'll replace a bunch of random expensive parts and send you on your way, without even checking if it's fixed. Or they'll explain that the problem is "normal".
