We recently purchased a new Sienna van and wanted some add on's put on it. Sadly their customer service has been very poor. We have tried to contact the service manager and the sales manager with no success. Sadly once they got the money they just don't seem to care. Anyone have any idea of what we can do?
A trailer hitch and a cargo rack. Window tint was done by a local company but they said it was factory installed.
