My truck feels warm when I’m driving it but the engine doesn’t over heat it just feels warm inside and I can hear some air it is a 1990 454 ss Chevy, I would like to know if anyone knows what that might be ?

My guess would be flow through ventilation which allows outside air in unless you have your heater/AC set to recirculation. If the outside air is not warm and your temperature control is all the way to cool/cold, the air coming out of your vents should not be warm. If it is, your heater blend door or control valve may be partially open.
